Transformer Oil Sampling Toolkit

In order to obtain a representative transformer oil sample from the body of the oil a standard approach, well-trained operatives and a sampling adapter to ensure a steady flow of oil are essential.

For larger, typically 33kV and above, transformers there is often a specially designed sample point that can be utilised.
